BBQ pork is chewy, taste is almost nonexistent. I suggest you review the ingredient again and make some adjustment. I would start with how long it takes for you to cook it. The longer the better with slightly lower heat. Marinating the meat for longer is also recommended.
The roast pork is good on the other hand.
Portions are a bit meh. Mountains of rice and only a handful of meat.
I would consider returning to try the other dishes.
Only had pork fried noodles and crispy pork as a side. Best I have had out West. Went at Friday lunch 12:30 and had a queue to order but moved very fast and order was made quickly and very hot.
One of my favorite places to eat. Mind you I know a place that sells exactly the same for cheaper and MUCH more meat. Hut BBQ has delicious food.
Foods Amazing price is decent and service is pretty good overall great place
